Meet The Rose Rain Frog, A species of frog belonging to the Brevicipitidae family is called the Rose Rain Frog (Breviceps rosei). It only exists on the sand savannah off the coast of South Africa’s southwest.
This species of frog spends the majority of its time in underground nests beneath the sand, where it also breeds. They appear when it rains a lot.

They are not aquatic and cannot swim. Tadpoles grow inside eggs and emerge as fully developed frogs. Its range is constrained to less than 20,000 square kilometers, and habitat degradation is a problem.
