Some Wednesday characters won’t return for season 2 of the show. If Gwendoline Christie will return is unknown. Principal Weems, who played her, died in the climax. However, it has not been confirmed. There are also some reports that Lady Gaga will join the cast for season 2. Such a significant casting would make headlines.
